In a new vlog filmed during Kendall Jenner's30th birthday partyin the Caribbean, the momager jokingly referred to herself as the "youngest sister in the family at 70," during an emotional tribute speech.
"Kendall, I love you more than you'll ever know. You have made me so proud. You are the kindest, nicest friend. To see all your friends standing here today, they all showed up for you," the businesswoman also said as seen in aYouTube videoposted byAnastasia "Stassie" Karanikolaou.

Kris' comment comes amid continuing conversation around her youthful appearance after the reality star admitted toundergoing a facelift by Dr. Steven Levineahead of her 70th birthday. In May, PEOPLE confirmed that the star worked with the New York City-based plastic surgeon following speculation about her refreshed look, which many compared to that of her daughters, Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Kendall.
She later revealed how Dr. Levine reacted to all the online hubbub that followed his client's cosmetic confession. "He didn't want the attention, which I loved," she admitted on theNot Skinny but Not Fatpodcast. "I said, 'But do I have your permission to say who you are?' And he goes, 'Listen, I'll tell you what. As long as we can come up with a password so that if somebody calls and says, 'I'm Kris Jenner's best friend, and can I have a consultation?' They have to say thesecret password.'"
In her September cover story forVogue Arabia, Kris revealed that she underwent another facelift to update the one she got 15 years ago and to feel "the best version of myself." She described the procedure asher "version" of "aging gracefully."
Her take on getting older is also defined by lavish bashes. Over the weekend, Kris celebrated her Nov. 5 birthday with astar-studded party— hosted by friendsJeff BezosandLauren Sánchez Bezos' at their Beverly Hills, Calif., mansion — that was attended by her children,Meghan MarkleandPrince Harry,Mariah Carey,Oprah Winfrey,Vin Diesel,Beyoncéand her mother,Tina Knowles, andAdele, who all dressed to the nines in accordance with the James Bond-inspired theming of the night.

Ahead of Jenner's 70th birthday, a source told PEOPLE that she was most"excited about" stepping into a new decade. "And you'd never think she is 70. Sure, she looks amazing, but it's her energy that stands out," the source said. "She has this nonstop enthusiasm for life."
