Golden Retriever Puppy Quietly Watches the Sunrise Each Morning as He Waits for Mom to Wake Up

A Golden Retriever loves to watch the sunset while he waits for his mom to wake up every morning, and the internet loves the sweet gesture.
In a video posted to TikTok, a sweet 5-month-old puppy named Bentley sat at the corner of his mom’s bed and patiently waited for her to wake up. In the video, the dog was recorded facing the large window, quietly looking out while he waited for her. At one point, he looked back at her while she recorded him before he turned back to watch the sunrise.
In the text overlay, Bentley’s mom wrote, “I captured this video of 5-month-old Bentley quietly watching the sunrise while waiting for me to wake up.”
“Then I realized he never wakes me up,” she continued. “He always waits for me. That exact moment is when I knew Bentley was sent to save my life.” She also added that it was the moment she knew “he’s my soul dog.”
People online loved the tender moment, with users writing that there were “tears streaming down my face” from the sweetness of it.
